This simple guide will help you begin resetting your physical, emotional, and mental health.
The steps will have deep healing effects, even though it may take longer than you expected. Consider that a bad habit or pattern, done for decades, can't be corrected overnight.
At the same time, you don't need to wait decades. By following ancient and modern wisdom, you can recover much faster than it took to create the problem.

Consider each level of the health pyramid in relation to your own life.
a) Go outside and watch the sun rise each morning, without sunglasses. This is the most important thing you can do for your health.
Sunlight hitting your retina prepares your body for the stronger noon time sun. You can combine this with walking, outdoor yoga, tai chi, or other movement. Eat your first meal 30-60 minutes after this.
b) At noon, be in the sun with as much skin exposed as possible (wear shorts instead of pants, etc.) to get UV-A and UV-B. No sunglasses or sunscreen. This will produce a cascade of health and immune boosting changes.
c) Don't eat after sun has gone down.

Buy many different brands of bottled water at your local market, including the more expensive ones, and do careful taste tests among them. Be sure to include your tap water or whatever you normally drink.
The goal is to understand that not all water is the same.
For bonus points, find a natural spring in your area and include that water in the comparison.
You can also consider water filtered by reverse osmosis (RO).
